Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. Scope of Work

All project deliverables, features, and pages are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any functionality or pages not explicitly listed in the agreed scope are considered out-of-scope and may require a separate arrangement.

Requests for additional features or significant changes after project kick-off may affect pricing and delivery timeline.

2. Payment

Payments are made online after agreement with the client for web development and maintenance services. Payment details and methods will be shared upon project confirmation.

Annual maintenance plans are billed yearly. Failure to renew on time may result in service interruption.

3. No Refunds After Project Start

Once work has commenced — including design, development, or any deliverable — no refunds will be issued. This policy exists because time and resources are committed to your project from day one.

If you have concerns before starting, please raise them during the consultation phase so expectations can be aligned before payment is made.

4. Delivery Timeline

An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at the start of each project. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Delays in receiving client content (text, images, branding assets)
  • Significant scope changes requested mid-project
  • Revision rounds exceeding the agreed number

Reasonable delays caused by the service provider side will be communicated promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any necessary access credentials (e.g., domain registrar, hosting accounts) required to complete the project.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered website. Any third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans cover hosting, security, backups, and (depending on the plan) routine updates and support. They do not cover new features, redesigns, or functionality not present at the time of launch unless explicitly stated in the plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ahmed Jayousi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered website or services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
